Before You Book

Answers about setup, space requirements, logistics, and what to expect on event day.

How much does it cost?

The final price depends on a few factors, including the number of holes, event location, duration, any customizations, and any setup logistics such as elevators, excessive stairs, or long carry distances. Contact us for a free, no-obligation quote tailored to your event.

What's included in the rental?

Every rental includes delivery, setup, and teardown of the mini golf course, putters in multiple sizes for adults and children, golf balls, scorecards, and pencils. An attendant is also included to help keep the course running smoothly throughout your event.

How much space is needed?

As a rough guide: a 6-hole course needs around 500 sq ft, a 9-hole course around 700 sq ft, and an 18-hole course around 1,500 sq ft of flat, level ground.

These are minimums, and a little extra space always makes things more comfortable for your guests. We'll always confirm the exact requirements for your chosen package before your event.

Where can the course be set up?

The course can be set up indoors or outdoors on most flat, level surfaces, including grass, concrete, decking, carpet, and wood floors. We carry leveling tools to handle minor unevenness, and no ground stakes are used, so there’s no damage to lawns.

How long is the rental?

Standard rentals include 3 hours of active play time. Setup and teardown happen separately and aren’t counted against that. If you need the course set up earlier in the day or want to extend the rental, just mention it when you reach out and we’ll include it in your quote.

How long does it take to play a round?

A group of 4 typically completes a 9-hole round in around 30 minutes. Because the course runs continuously and multiple groups can play at once, a 9-hole setup can work well for events with anywhere from a few dozen guests to 100+ over a multi-hour event, depending on the format.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry $2 million in general liability insurance for every event. A certificate of insurance (COI) can be provided to your venue upon request.

What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve the Portland metro area, including Portland, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Gresham, Tualatin, Oregon City, and Vancouver. We also travel for select events beyond Portland, including wine country and other destinations throughout the Willamette Valley. If your event is outside Portland, feel free to reach out and we can see what’s possible.

What is the booking process?

Booking is simple. Start by filling out the contact form with your event details. We’ll follow up with any questions, recommend the best setup, and send over a custom quote. If you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send a contract and invoice for the 30% reservation fee required to secure your date.

Once that’s complete, your event is officially booked! From there, we’ll help coordinate any logistics with you, your planner, or your venue as needed. The remaining balance is due one week before the event.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 2 months before your event will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 2 months of your event will forfeit the reservation fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

How far in advance should I book?

The earlier, the better, especially for spring and summer weekends as popular dates can go quickly for weddings, company events, and holiday parties. If you already have a date in mind, I’d recommend reaching out as soon as possible to check availability.

If there’s overlapping interest in a date, we hold it for the first inquiry for 48 hours before offering it to the next event.

What happens if it rains?

As an Oregonian, a little rain has never stopped the fun. Our courses are weather-resistant and can handle light rain without any issue. If heavier rain is in the forecast, we recommend having an indoor backup space or working with a tent vendor ahead of time to keep the course covered and the fun going.

In truly severe conditions like lightning, high winds, or storms, we may need to pause or dismantle the course for safety.
